The use of and purchase of products from this web site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below: Ordering Orders can be placed via our online shopping facility. Once you check out, the system will ask you to register if you are a new client or to log in. Shipping costs will be calculated after your registration and a final invoice will be shown with the full amount. Once the order is confirmed you will receive an email with your order details. Please note that your order will only be processed after full payment is sent through PayPal or otherwise as indicated below. After payment, a second email will be sent informing you that payment has been received and the order will be processed. All orders are dispatched within one week from payment. Orders which remain pending for payment will be automatically cancelled after 3 days. Dimara can send your orders to a different address than your billing address. This means you can have gifts directly delivered to your loved ones. When you order, please inform us that this is a gift and we can have it elegantly wrapped for that extra effect! Shipping costs The exact shipping cost is calculated according to weight and destination and is specified before payment is finalised. As a rough guide: for ever 250grams, shipping costs start from € 4.60 for Zone A to a maximum of € 8.40 for Zone D.For local orders in Malta we provide free door to door delivery.Since Dimara Creations uses registered and traceable shipping methods we do not take any responsibility for goods lost in transit. Payment Dimara Creations cannot accept orders before the balance is paid in full. Goods will be delivered after funds have been cleared.Payments are accepted through PayPal, or by local cheques or postal orders made payable to ‘Claire Galea’. Payment through PayPal can be carried out directly online, however for payments using local cheques or postal orders, clients need to contact the company prior to confirming any sales.Dimara Creations is exempt from VAT and Value Added Tax is not charged on any product. Appearance and Measurements Please note that the photos featured on this website may show a slight variation in colour from the original product. We try our hardest to reproduce the colours as accurately as possible, however we have no control on the technical issues involved such as different display settings, monitors and browsers.All measurements given in the item description are in centimetres. If the product design permits, we would be willing to make the necessary adjustments before sending your order. Please check the given measurements and contact us before placing your order if you require any adjustments. Returns Dimara Creations takes all reasonable care to provide its customers with the best quality products. However, should you receive a product that is in any way faulty or damaged we will replace it or refund you the money in full.Should you have any such claim, please call us on (+356) 21418953 within 14 days of the dispatch date to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. We will not accept returned goods without this authorisation number. We will confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed.Damaged/faulty products are to be returned unused and in their original packaging.We recommend that you send back the product through a traceable postage method.Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned, even if unworn.
